Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays in New South Wales, Australia.
During high-volume periods, promotional events, or holidays, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Customers must ensure all shipping details are accurate and complete at the time of purchase.
We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels, or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information supplied by the customer.
If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, additional postage fees may apply for re-delivery.
7. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Parcels

8. Authority to Leave
Placing on order gives us the “Authority to Leave” during checkout or through the shipping provider, responsibility for the parcel transfers to the customer once the parcel has been marked as delivered.
We recommend selecting a secure delivery location.
